WEEK 1 — HOOK THEM WITH YOUR STORY

=======================================================

DAY 1 | Pattern Interrupt

I almost didn't post this.

But if you've ever tried everything and felt like nothing works... I get it. That was me [X] weeks ago. I changed one thing. One thing. And everything shifted.

Still kind of can't believe it.

Anyone else been on that exhausting cycle of trying, stopping, trying again?

DAY 2 | Specific Moment

I was falling asleep on the couch at 7:30pm. Before my kids even went to bed.

I kept telling myself it was just a busy season. It wasn't.

Something had to change. So I changed it.

Last night I was still going at 9pm and actually felt like myself. Sounds small. It isn't.

DAY 3 | Sceptic Story

Nobody tells you this bit... I almost said no.

I'm not someone who tries new things easily. I overthink everything. I asked about a hundred questions before I committed.

But something made me go for it anyway.

That was [X] weeks ago. Best decision I've made in a long time. What's something you almost said no to that turned out to be worth it?

DAY 4 | Real Result

Down [X]kg in [X] weeks.

Not going to lie - I'm shocked. That wasn't even my main goal. I just wanted to feel better.

Turns out when you feel better, everything else follows.

Anyone else find that one change in your health sets off a chain reaction in everything else?

DAY 5 | Myth Bust

I genuinely thought feeling exhausted and flat was just part of getting older.

I was wrong.

[X] weeks in and I feel more switched on than I did in my 20s. Not an exaggeration.

What have you just accepted as normal that maybe doesn't have to be?

DAY 6 | Unexpected Win

Nobody told me this would happen... My brain fog is gone.

I expected to maybe lose a bit of weight. I didn't expect to feel clear-headed by 8am. To actually want to get up. To stop reaching for coffee like it was oxygen.

That's been the biggest surprise.

What result have you got from something that completely surprised you?

DAY 7 | Soft Check-In

----------------------

Week [X] done.

I keep waiting for it to stop working. It hasn't.

If you've been quietly curious about what I've been doing -just message me. No pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation.

Happy to share what's actually working for me right now.

=======================================================

WEEK 2 — SOCIAL PROOF AND RESULTS

=======================================================

DAY 8 | Third Party Result

Got a message this morning that honestly made my whole day.

A friend who started the same thing as me is down [X]kg. She said and I'm quoting her here "I don't even feel like I'm trying."

That's the bit I love most. When it stops feeling like a fight.

Anyone else over diets that make you miserable just to get a result?

DAY 9 | Curiosity Hook

Three people have asked me this week what I've been doing differently.

Honestly? The answer is simpler than you'd expect.

If you're curious - just ask. Happy to share.

DAY 10 | Before and After

Six weeks ago: bloated, exhausted, avoiding mirrors, skipping plans because I had no energy.

Today: none of the above.

I'm not posting this to brag. I'm posting this because I wish someone had shown me this [x] months ago when I was struggling.

If any part of me sounds like you right now - message me.

DAY 11 | The Real Win

The scales are moving. The clothes are fitting differently.

But honestly? That's not even the best part.

The best part is feeling like myself again. I didn't realise how long I'd been running on empty until I wasn't anymore.

What does "feeling like yourself" look like for you?

DAY 12 | Friend's Win

My friend just hit her goal weight.

She started the same time as me. We kept each other going on the hard days.

She said the thing that surprised her most was that she never felt deprived. That's usually where diets fall apart for her.

Not this time.

So proud.

DAY 13 | Differentiator

I've done diets where I was miserable the whole time and lost nothing.

I've done programs where I lost weight but felt awful getting there.

This is different. That's the part I keep coming back to.

What's the worst diet or program you've ever tried? I'll go first -[your answer].

DAY 14 | Ripple Effect

Two weeks ago someone saw my posts and messaged me asking what I was doing.

She started. Last night she sent me a message - she's already feeling the difference.

That kind of thing never gets old. Ever.

If you've been watching from the sidelines sometimes that's all it takes. Just starting.

=======================================================

WEEK 3 — ENGAGEMENT AND CURIOSITY

=======================================================

DAY 15 | Direct Question

Genuine question and I actually want to know - what's the one thing about your health you'd change tomorrow if you could?

Drop it below. I'm reading every single one.

DAY 16 | Thought Starter

What would it actually mean for your life if you had proper energy again?

Not just "I'd feel better." Like actually -what would change?

Would you play more with your kids? Say yes to things you currently say no to? Feel confident again?

I think about this stuff a lot.

DAY 17 | Opinion Post

Unpopular opinion...

Most people don't fail at health goals because they lack willpower.

They fail because the program they're on is just wrong for them.

Willpower gets blamed for a lot of things that are actually just a bad fit.

Agree or disagree? Be honest.

DAY 18 | Relatable Truth

Here's what I reckon stops most people from getting healthy —

It's not laziness. It's not motivation.

It's not knowing where to start and not wanting to get it wrong again.

Because getting it wrong again feels worse than not trying.

Is that just me or does that land for anyone else?

DAY 19 | Energy Check

-

Be honest out of 10, what's your energy been like lately?

A [x] months ago mine was about a 3. And I'd convinced myself that was just life now.

I'm consistently at a 7-8 these days. On a bad day.

DAY 20 | The Belief Shift

If someone had told me six months ago I could feel this good without starving myself or spending every morning at the gym...

I would not have believed them.

I was that person. The sceptic. The "yeah but that won't work for me" person.

Turns out I was wrong.

What's something you've been telling yourself won't work for you?

DAY 21 | Tag Post

Tag someone who's been saying for months that they want to get healthier but keeps pushing it to "next Monday."

(We all know someone. You might even BE that someone -no judgement, I was too.)

Sometimes all it takes is knowing someone else is doing it with you.

=======================================================

WEEK 4 — LIFESTYLE AND BEHIND THE SCENES

=======================================================

DAY 22 | Morning Routine

My mornings look completely different now.

[X weeks ago]: snooze four times, drag myself up, coffee before I even spoke to anyone, already tired by 9am.

Now: [describe your actual morning].

Routine isn't glamorous. But it's everything.

What does your morning look like right now - honestly?

DAY 23 | The Spill Over Effect

-------------------------------

Nobody talks about this part...

When your health shifts, everything shifts.

Better sleep. Better patience. Better mood. I'm a better parent, a better partner, more present at work.

It's all connected in a way I didn't fully get until I experienced it.

What area of your life do you think would change most if your health was sorted?

DAY 24 | Old Habits

Old me: skipped breakfast, crashed by 11am, lived on coffee, wondered why I felt terrible.

Repeated that for years. Thought that was just how I functioned.

Turns out - it wasn't how I functioned. It was what I was doing to myself.

What's a habit you had for years that you now look back on and think- why did I do that to myself?

DAY 25 | Permission Slip

-------------------------

Real talk...

Taking care of yourself isn't selfish.

It's what lets you actually show up for everyone who needs you.

You can't pour from an empty cup. I know that's a cliché. It's also just true.

Who in your life would benefit most from you having more energy?

DAY 26 | Normal Life Win

Went to [event/outing] on the weekend.

Had energy the whole time. Didn't need to sit down halfway through. Didn't clock-watch waiting to get home.

Participated. Actually participated.

That's it. That's the post. Sounds small. For me, it wasn't.

DAY 27 | Consistency Truth

Someone asked me how I stay consistent.

Honest answer... it's easy to stay consistent when something actually works.

Consistency is hard when you're white-knuckling a diet you hate. It's not hard when you feel good doing it.

That's the difference nobody talks about.

DAY 28 | The Real Reason I Post

I don't share this stuff to sell anything.

I share it because I spent [x] years feeling average and thinking that was just my life now.

It wasn't.

If one person reads this and decides to do something about how they've been feeling - that's enough.

You know where I am if you want to chat.

=======================================================

FINAL 2 DAYS — CLOSE OUT THE MONTH

=======================================================

DAY 29 | Open Door

I've had more messages this month than I expected from people asking what I've been doing.

I love it. Keep them coming.

If you've been curious but didn't want to ask - now's a good time. Zero pressure. No pitch.

Just a conversation between two people. I'll tell you exactly what I'm doing and you can decide if it sounds right for you.

My DMs are open.

DAY 30 | Full Circle

---------------------

30 days ago I started sharing this journey publicly. Honestly wasn't sure if anyone would care.

Here's where I'm at: [X]kg down. Energy at [X]/10. Sleeping better. Feeling like myself.

If you've been sitting on the fence about making a change - this is your nudge.

Not next Monday. Not after the holidays. Now.

Message me. Let's figure out if what I'm doing could work for you too.

=======================================================

WEEK 1 — HOOK THEM WITH YOUR STORY

=======================================================

DAY 1 | Pattern Interrupt

I never thought I'd be the person who did something like this.

I was the one rolling my eyes at people posting about "exciting opportunities."

But I was also the one sitting in traffic at 7am thinking - this can't be what the next 20 years looks like.

Something had to change. So I changed it.

Anyone else had that moment where you just thought - enough?

DAY 2 | The Breaking Point

The moment I knew something had to give...

I was sitting at my desk on a Tuesday afternoon, watching the clock, calculating how many hours until I could leave.

Not counting down to something exciting. Just counting down to the end.

That was [X] months ago. My Tuesday looks very different now.

What does your Tuesday afternoon look like right now?

DAY 3 | The Sceptic

I'll be honest - I said no the first time someone showed me this.

I had every objection ready. "It's not for me." "I don't have time." "Those things never work."

What changed my mind was seeing someone just like me -same situation, same doubts actually making it work around their existing life.

That's the only reason I gave it a shot.

What's something you almost said no to that turned out to change everything?

DAY 4 | First Win

I made my first $[X] doing this and honestly it hit different.

Not because it was life-changing money. But because I made it completely on my own terms. Around my schedule. Doing something I actually cared about.

That felt like proof that a different way was possible.

When's the last time you earned something that felt completely yours?

DAY 5 | The Freedom Feeling

Freedom doesn't always look like a beach holiday.

Sometimes it looks like being able to take a phone call without asking permission.

Sometimes it looks like not stress-checking your bank account three days before pay day.

Sometimes it looks like just knowing you have options.

That's what I was chasing. And that's what I found.

What does freedom actually look like for you - specifically?

DAY 6 | Real Numbers

Someone on our team made an extra $[X] last month.

They work a full time job. They built this completely on the side. They had zero experience doing anything like this before they started.

They're not exceptional. They're just consistent.

What would an extra $[X] a month change for you right now?

DAY 7 | Soft Open

I've been sharing bits of this journey for a week now and a few people have reached out asking questions.

I love it. Keep them coming.

If you're someone who's tired of trading your time for a pay cheque that never feels like enough... I'm not going to promise you the world.

But I will have an honest conversation with you about what this actually looks like.

My DMs are open.

=======================================================

WEEK 2 — SOCIAL PROOF AND REAL RESULTS

=======================================================

DAY 8 | Team Win

Got a message from someone on our team this morning.

They just hit $[X] in a single month. Started with no experience, no big following, no special skills.

Just a genuine desire to build something that worked around their life... not the other way around.

That's what this is about.

DAY 9 | The Comparison

My old job paid $[X] an hour.

I had to ask permission to leave early. I had to book annual leave weeks in advance. I had to be somewhere I didn't want to be for eight hours a day.

I now earn more than that doing something I actually care about on a schedule I control.

Not bragging. Just saying there are other ways.

DAY 10 | The Turning Point

[X] months ago I had $[X] in my account and three days until pay day.

I'm not embarrassed to say that anymore because it's what made me move.

Desperation isn't glamorous but sometimes it's the thing that finally gets you out of your own way.

Is there anyone else out there who knows exactly what I mean?

DAY 11 | What It Actually Looks Like

People see posts like mine and assume it must be complicated.

Here's what my week actually looked like:

[Day and time]: replied to a few messages on my lunch break]

[Day and time]: had a quick 60 minute training call

[Day and time]: posted one thing on social]

That's it. That's the week that earned me $[X].

It's not complicated. It's just consistent.

DAY 12 | Third Party Result

A mate of mine - full time job, busy life, no background in anything like this just hit their first $[X] month.

They said the best part wasn't the money. It was the feeling of having something that was completely theirs.

I get that completely.

DAY 13 | The Time Myth

"I don't have time" was my number one excuse.

I was working [X] hours a week, commuting, trying to keep everything together. When exactly was I supposed to fit something else in?

Turns out... I didn't need hours. I needed 45 minutes a day and a plan.

What excuse have you been hiding behind that might not be as solid as you think?

DAY 14 | The Ripple Effect

The extra income was the goal.

But here's what actually happened...

I got my confidence back. I started making decisions without second-guessing myself. I stopped apologising for having ambitions.

Money is great. But what it did to my mindset was better.

Anyone else find that building something for yourself changes you in ways you didn't expect?

=======================================================

WEEK 3 — ENGAGEMENT AND CURIOSITY

=======================================================

DAY 15 | Direct Question

Genuine question...

If you could design your ideal work week - what would it actually look like?

Hours. Location. Who you'd work with. What you'd be doing.

Tell me everything. I'm genuinely curious.

DAY 16 | The Maths Post

Just did the maths on what my old job was actually costing me.

Petrol: $[X]/week

Work clothes: $[X]/month

Takeaway because I was too exhausted to cook: $[X]/week

Parking / transport: $[X]/week

I was working to pay for the privilege of working.

Has anyone else ever done this calculation? It's confronting.

DAY 17 | Opinion Post

Unpopular opinion...

The idea that you have to choose between financial security OR doing something you actually enjoy is completely outdated.

You shouldn't have to pick.

The options just look different now than they did for our parents' generation.

Agree or disagree?

DAY 18 | The Identity Shift

At some point and I don't know exactly when I stopped introducing myself by my job title.

Because the job title wasn't who I was anymore.

I'm building something. I'm figuring it out as I go. I'm backing myself for the first time in a long time.

That feels more honest than anything I said about myself for the last [X] years.

How do you introduce yourself when someone asks what you do?

DAY 19 | The Honest Post

I'm not going to tell you this is easy.

Some weeks are slow. Some conversations go nowhere. Sometimes you put in effort and don't see it come back straight away.

But here's the thing - that's also what a job is like. Except with a job someone else decides if your effort was worth it.

Here, I decide.

What would you be willing to work through if you knew the other side was yours?

DAY 20 | The "What If" Post

What if you'd started something 12 months ago?

Not a big dramatic thing. Just something small. An hour a day. A few conversations a week.

Where might you be right now?

I ask myself this sometimes not to feel bad about the past but to remind myself to start today.

What's something you wish you'd started sooner?

DAY 21 | Tag Post

Tag someone who works hard, deserves more, but keeps putting their own goals on the back burner.

The one who's always there for everyone else but hasn't backed themselves in a long time.

They might just need to see that options exist.

=======================================================

WEEK 4 — LIFESTYLE AND BEHIND THE SCENES

=======================================================

DAY 22 | A Day in the Life

What my Monday looked like this week...

[Time]: [Morning routine]

[Time]: [Work task — e.g. replied to messages, made a couple of calls]

[Time]: [Something for you — gym, walk, coffee]

[Time]: [Work task]

[Time]: [Evening wind-down]

I built this schedule. Nobody gave it to me.

That's still the part that gets me most.

DAY 23 | The Real Reason

I'm building this for a lot of reasons.

But if I'm honest - the main one is that I got tired of my time belonging to someone else.

Every hour I put into this is an hour I'm investing in something that comes back to me.

That shift in thinking changed everything.

What are you building toward right now?

DAY 24 | The Old Version

Old me applied for jobs I didn't want because they paid okay.

Old me said yes to extra shifts I resented because we needed the money.

Old me googled "work from home jobs" at 11pm and went down rabbit holes that went nowhere.

New me is building something real. Slowly. Imperfectly. But mine.

DAY 25 | The Permission Slip

Nobody is coming to give you permission to want more.

Not your boss. Not your partner. Not the voice in your head that says "who do you think you are."

You give yourself permission.

That's it. That's the whole post.

DAY 26 | The Small Win

This week I earned $[X] and it covered [something specific — e.g. the power bill / a weekend away / the car rego].

I know that's not "quit your job" money. But it's money I made on my own terms. In the gaps of my regular life.

And it's growing.

What would a small consistent extra income actually cover for you right now?

DAY 27 | The Long Game

I think a lot of people give up on building something for themselves because they want big results fast.

I get it. I was the same.

But [X] months of small consistent action has added up to something I'm genuinely proud of.

The people winning at this aren't the most talented. They're the most patient.

Are you playing a long game with anything in your life right now?

DAY 28 | The Real Reason I Post

I post this stuff because [X] months ago I was scrolling through posts like this at midnight thinking "must be nice."

Feeling stuck. Feeling like the options I had were the only options there were.

They weren't.

If midnight-scrolling you needs to hear something tonight there are other ways. You just haven't found yours yet.

I'm happy to be a conversation if you need one.

=======================================================

FINAL 2 DAYS — CLOSE OUT THE MONTH

=======================================================

DAY 29 | Open Door

I've had some really honest conversations in my DMs this month.

People who are exhausted. Who feel guilty for wanting more. Who have tried things before that didn't work and don't want to get burned again.

I hear all of it.

If that's you I'm not going to pitch you anything. I'll just have a real conversation about what this actually looks like and let you decide if it's worth exploring.

No pressure. No weirdness. Just an honest chat.

Message me.

DAY 30 | Full Circle

30 days ago I started sharing this more openly. Wasn't sure how it would land.

Here's what's happened since [your real result: new customers, new team members, income earned, conversations started].

Here's what I know for certain...

There are people out there who are one conversation away from something that could genuinely change their financial situation.

If you've been watching these posts and wondering if it could work for you -stop wondering and just ask me.

The worst I can say is it's not the right fit. But you'll know either way.

📱 Head to Isalife app and see who you’ve sent a pack link to before that hasn’t enrolled yet.

🔍 Search your messenger for key words like “price” “expensive” “isagenix” “rediscover you” “Facebook group” “link” “collagen” “30 day” to bring up past conversations you’ve had with prospects.

📝 Check out all your friends in the Rediscover You (INFO) Facebook group by clicking on members and messaging them all.

📝 Open the NOTES app on your phone and list all PROSPECTS who have shown interest in learning more. This is now your follow up list!

Check the list every day, and always add to it over time.
